Place the unwashed, unworn apparel with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
